This guide breaks down exactly where to find your paid add-ons in the system menus and how to properly link your accounts to participate in the limited-time Twitch Drops campaign.

Redeeming Preorder and Deluxe Edition Bonuses

Many players expect their upgraded armor and horse gear to be waiting for them the moment they begin their journey in Pywel, but these premium items must be manually claimed through the system UI. Once claimed, the rewards are safely deposited directly into your Supply Box or active inventory.

Note: A minor launch-day bug caused the "Receivable Items" menu to appear empty for some early buyers. If you cannot see your editions and pre-order bonuses, make sure your game client is fully updated to the latest patch, which resolves this issue.

After watching a participating streamer for the required duration, you will receive a notification on Twitch. You must manually claim the reward from your Twitch Drops Inventory before the items are sent to your in-game Add-On menu.
